This article is available at QuaSyLaTic Knowledgebase

For what do we continue to invest in education for our children?

Alternative Education?

Introduction

This article is prepared after close observation and reflection of “educated people” behavior and performance – professional, technicians, supervisors, managers, etc. who are predominantly employee., (inclusive of myself with close to 30 years of working experience as a professional), in relation to our changing world of globalization.

Some fundamental questions are posted and reflected upon with respect to : investment in Education to application of the supposedly “learned knowledge”, looking at the pattern and trends of performance and life, consequences and the gaps from the desired results. –, the changing landscapes of the society and impact on the mode of living of the “educated people”.

The above leads to the need for rethinking alternative education design.
