When the management of an organisation realises the benefit or importance of "different way of managing", be it going for Quality, ReEngineering, Just-in-Time, TQM etc. there is a phase of chaos that is experienced and that has to be managed "in a different way, with different approach and strategies". Failure of the later can only lead to further un-controlled chaos, frustration, and deep resentment of many in the entire organisation.
