Weight Loss - A New Theory
I can't resist not to recommend this book after seeing with my own eyes significant weight loss of my colleagues who follow the food-eating-plan as recommended by Michel Montignac. It is a new and interesting theory - combination & timing of foods that we eat that really matters. We hear of calorie-theory, but NOT "Never mix protein-dense foods with starches in a same meal so as to keep blood insulin levels under control". Sound so simple, but it works.
