Page Dummy Asssignment: (100 points)

Create a page dummy for the front page of a travel section using the following elements:

• Section Head, 2" deep, with "Travel" centered
• One 10 inch column by a regular travel columnist with a mug shot and a 1 column, 4 line headline
• One 30 inch feature on Barbados with a large vertical and a smaller horizontal photo
• One eight inch story on airport safety with an infographic (list box) of the world's ten safest and 10 most dangerous airports
• One quote box with 5 quotes and mugs on the topic of favorite vacation destinations

If needed, you may also use:

• Two 3 inch filler pieces, with no artwork
• One map for the Barbados piece

You may jump stories if necessary. Just remember jumping rules and jump lines, etc.

Don't forget to include other page elements: folio, rules, credit lines, cutlines, etc. This is not a complete list.  Consult your book.

The assignment is due Friday before the final begins.
