time to complete the below form. As there are students who have moved since our last
reunion it is difficult for us to keep our records up to date.

We need to have our records current for the distribution of our "Newsletter" and other
information we may send from time to time. If you wish to have your "Newsletter" sent to

If you are not a "CLASS of 65" student but you are a past or present student and you
wish to join us please feel free to fill out the form. Please give particulars of yourself in the
