Well, if you're here, you must need hex codes.
Here are a couple commands to get you started:



TEXT="#000000" -This indicates the text color for the entire page.
LINK="#000000" -This indicates the color of the links on your page.
ALINK="#000000" -This denotes the color a link will flash when clicked upon.
VLINK="#000000" -This denotes the color of a link after it's been visited.

You would have a line like this towards the top of your HTML:
BODY BGCOLOR=#000000 TEXT=#FFFFFF LINK=#CD00AE ALINK=#3E12ED VLINK=#A3D21C

This is used for individual text within the document:
FONT COLOR=#123ABCYour text here./FONT
