He transforms into a sniper's gun and longs to have the Autobot and Targetmaster Sureshot use him when he's in gun mode. Sureshot will rarely do this because he says, "I don't have to hide in the darkness to win a fight." This doesn't mean Sureshot and Scope are not friends, it just means that Sureshot refuses to fight the same way as Scope.

Abilities:Scope has tons of firepower, his main weapon is a pulse cannon that is meant for sniping, the scope zooms in and out on Scopes voice command, it also makes no noise at all!!! He also has twin pulse cannons, one located on each shoulder, these become the 2 barrells of his gun mode, these guns also make no noise at all!!! He also has dual plasma rifles, one located on each arm, and dual mini rocket lauchers, one located on each leg.
He transforms into a double-barrell pulse cannon with the same qualities as Scope's pulse cannon, in gun mode, he can also make his 2 barrells come together to make one barrell, which can make it easier to hit a target at times, also the plasma rifles on his arms are also located at the end of the barrell, and can also be used in his gun mode.
