Abilities: Hotrod, the former targetmaster, went through a big upgrade after Great War 2. In sports car mode he is now able to reach speeds of 600 m.p.h, and has a missle pod hidden under his spoiler, in the summertime, when he is around water he is also able to transform into a speedboat capable of reaching speeds of 300 m.p.h, and he has a range of 1,200 miles in both modes. Hotrod also has a whole new arsenal of weapons as well, in robot mode he carries, 2 large pistols which fire mini-missles, 2 different chainguns which fire mini-missles, a high-tec bow and arrow that fires missles, and a handgun which fires micro-missles from either the barrell of the gun, or the handle of the gun. However, Hotrod rarely uses these weapons because, he still prefers the triple-barrell automatic lazer cannons located on his arms. The reason Hotrod is no longer a targetmaster is because, Hotrod, Kup, and Blurr where for some reason being made prime targets by the Decepticons, so they decided it would be safer for the Nebulans to no longer be the weapons of Hotrod, Kup, and Blurr. Also the nebulans would have rather stayed on their home planet Nebulos to help Fortress Maximus, then go back to Cybertron. Hotrod has also got a little bit wiser, and smarter since his long stint of being Rodimus Prime, however he still needs to work on making smarter decisions. Hotrod is also very brave and heroic and will always try to succeed in everything he does.
Weaknesses: Hotrod's impulsive actions still ofter get him into trouble. Hotrod also often puts the life of his girlfriend before his own, and is very protective of her, however Frostbite has the skill to protect him as well as herself, she still may need Hotrod's help at times, and Hotrod is always there to help her. Therefore, this second weakness isn't really a weakness, it's just a trait. Hotrod is getting smarter though, and hopes to get ride of his real weakness, which is his impulsive actions.
