| Gart is very tall in human form, but slender for his height. He has serpentine orange eyes an bright orange hair and dresses in loose, black clothing accentuated with orange lightning symbols. There are many who consider Gart somewhat odd, most likely a by-product of absorbing so much voltage. | Gart's fascination with lightning came one fine day when he was flying along in dragon form, minding his own business and was promptly struck in the posterior by a stray lightning bolt from an apprentice magician who was practicing nearby. After devouring the hapless apprentice and nursing his scorched backside, it struck him (no pun intended) that control of lightning could be a powerful ability indeed. He spent a few days searching, and finally discovered a wizard who had recently had an apprentice come up missing while practicing in the woods. Gart focused on learning all he could about lightning, starting out with issuing small sparks off of his fingertips and working up to devastating lightning bolts. After fishing his apprenticeship, he now wanders the world, helping those in need. | ||||||
