Description Background
Diminutive and wiry, Achilles is dressed in leathers and an evil-looking rat-skin cloak, with the fanged rat's head drawn over his own as a hood. His face and body are smeared with stripes of mud and clay, the better to remain unseen by potential victims. Evil, spiteful, and completely untrustworthy, he scurries from target to target astride his battle squirrel, Zeus. Is not especially brave, and will usually flee shrieking into the forest if he decides he is overmatched. Achilles is an aberration among the normally peaceful Brownies, as he gets no greater thrill than slyly and quietly taking another being's life. Naturally, his tribe was horrified when they discovered him in his hut, concocting various poisons and chuckling evilly to himself. He was immediately banished from his tribe and now lives in exile in the forest, his only companion being his trusty war squirrel. His potions are surprisingly complex and dangerous. Some of the more subtle can take weeks to go into effect, while his most powerful can drop an ogre in its tracks upon contact.
