M-56 Smartgun

The core of a Colonial Marine squad's fighting power is its machine guns. More effective than a rifle, machine guns can sustain large volumes of continous fire both in the attack and defense, and are frequently the most decisive weapon in a firefight. The M56 Smart Gun is the Colonial Marines' primary squad machine gun. Lightweight, rugged and reliable, the Sart Gun is carried into battle on a self-arming stablised mount - so negating the need to position or set up the gun for full automatic fire - and is linked to an infrared target tracking system for accurate aiming.

The ZX is a 12 guage pump-action shotgun made solely of lightweight metal alloys, the ZX is as sturdy as it is dangerous. The weapon can hold a max. of 12 shots which are contained in the bulky magazine located in the base below the round chamber. The fact the ZX takes a magazine and reduces mannual reload time. The ZX uses M10 round that house approximately 20 smaller explosive projectiles.

M-707 Stinger

The Stingers are modified to take an enlarged 10mm explosive tipped resin-case round with a subcaliber metal core simuilar to the M901. The weapon itself is composed primarily of machined lightweight high-impact alloys. Can hold a max. of 16 rounds in a clip. The rounds are specially designed for maximum explosive penitration against personal and alien armor, detonating shortly after impact to project the round deeper into the target.

M-59 Assault Rifle

The M-59 was produce as lighter version of the M-56 smart gun. It looks the same as the M-41 but is a little longer. Instead of haveing a belt like the 56 has it has a box clip which is similar to a normal clip but is bigger in order to hold more rounds. It uses the same rounds as the M-56 and in the box clip it holds 500 of them. The 59 has a motion targeter on the side of the weapon that targets moveing enemys it also can have a scope atached to the top of it. The 59 was made for recon and light raids on enemy teritory. The 59 has no harness because after the smart gunner ran out of ammo he would take it of leaveing him armour less.

VP-70

The VP-70 pistol is a popular side-arm in service with the USCM. This weapon shoots light armor piercing, case less rounds. The Normal reload time is about 2 seconds to put a clip in and cock it for battle ready, to reload a clip about 20 seconds to reload clip and cock it for battle. Usually Marines have holsters on either side of their body or strapped across their chest for easy access. *Note times are of the fastest time recorded in the USCMC.

M-657 Automatic Shotgun

A light carbine that uses the old style shotgun shell with the design of the M-41. The 65 is a light weapon almost as light as the M-41. It has a short hit range but is devastating to armored being and especially to large groups. It has 20 round explosive balls packed into a plastic casing. After being fired the balls spread to about a two feet diameter and explode once it hit an object. It loads 8 shells underneath the barrel of the rifle and has a magazine that holds up to 40 shells. "There was about 20 aliens comin towards my platoon when I pulled out the new 65 and flipped it to full auto. Before even a quarter of my shells were gone the bugs where lay'en on top of one another with body parts every where."-

Non Issue Shotguns

There are many non issue shotguns in the CMC along with other non issue weapons. A list of these such guns are the Remington sawed off 12 guage witch hold 7 rounds and the Itica I-37 which hold 10 rounds. The Itica is also I higher guage at 10 which is one of the biggest shotgun ever made. The remington is pump action and the Itica is semi-automatic. Both use shells that disperse little round balls.

M4A3 Pistol

Is the USCM standard sidearm for the past sixty years. It is a 9mm automatic, recoil operated, magazine fed hand weapon. The working mechanism is made of steel alloy with some plastic parts and the outer casing is machined from lightweight alloys. The entire weapon, including a full 12 round magazine weighs no more than 0.95 kg. The cartridge is a 9mm ball rimless straight round with a bullet weight of 126 grain (8.2 gram). The M4A3 is limited to targets with light armor.

M-41B Laser Rifle

Is made of light weight aluminum alloys, this weapon uses a battery and Power cells that charge the generator that shoots the laser. The weapon has a weight of 5.4 kg. The laser can shoot through light armor some walls and the aliens exoskeleton. This weapon when it hits it also welds/melts the area where the beam passes through causing less acid blood from the exomorph. The weapon when recharging power cells with batteries take about 15 minuets then your ready for action again.

Ingram MAC 10 (sub-machine pistol)

This weapon is a non-issue weapon but very useful in protecting your ass! Not to mention dishing ammo right back at the enemy. This weapon is some-what light weight. This weapon uses and extended clip, longer than a M4A3 clip,That holds all of the rounds. Note after long uses of the weapon the chamber may be extremely hot and should be given 10 minutes to cool down so no jamming or misfires occur!

Uzi 9mm

Similair to the Mac 10 but the Uzi is a little bigger and holds more rounds. The Uzi is also a better made gun so it doesn't heat up as much when fired alot and doesn't need to be cooled down so much.

M1911A1 .45 Pistol

The Colt Automatic Pistol has been the USA's standard military sidearm since WW I. This weapon may hold less rounds but the rounds can penetrate light armor and some medium armor variants. The weapon is light weight.

50 Caliber Destert Eagle

One of the badest pistols ever made. Can go through some of the tuffest armour! The Desert eagle pistol may not hold many rounds but it makes up for it in strenght. It holds 10 rounds and is easy to reload. One of my personal favorites.

M42A Scope Rifle

The M42A is a 10mm pulse action semi-automatic rifle employed as the primary sniper weapon of the USCM. This rifle is a key component of battalion operations; its long range and precision extending the tactical zone of control by up to a kilometer or more, subject to local terrain. The rifle is issued on a scale of one per company, though it is normally held for use in a battalion controlled pool of up to four Scout-Snipers. This weapon also uses HEAP rounds aswell as the usual explosive tipped caseless rounds.

The New Uzi 10mm

The makers of teh origanl Uzi began desighn of a new one after the M-41 was introduced. The Uzi 10mm combined both the old uzi desighn and the new M-41 makeing a very light sub machine gun that held alot of ammo and was compact enabling some people to be able to hold two one in each hand.
