Moon
Forever?
Push Me
Need You           The simple outline of the moon
Open               occupies his attention and attempts
They don't         to divert him away from the task at hand.
Shoot Me
Anathema           There are things to be done,
The Watcher        Obstacles to confront.
Amorous Craving    He stands and
Sign GB            ever so slowly walks to the window.
View GB            Step. Step. Step.

                   The sky is bright with stars;
                   but they are not what he is drawn to;
                   it is the moon.

                   The ease of the curve in the sky,
                   all threats of illusion and temporariness are gone.
                   The lunar spectacle remains
                   and teaches him of himself.

                   It stands in solitude
                   resplendent in its own, subtle beauty.
                   Independent of itself, yet relying...

                   Relying on the sun for light,
                   the stars for strength,
                   the man below for inspiration.
                   He understands the moon...
                   For the first time in his life, he Understands the
                   moon.
                   And... it scares him.
