Sometimes I long to step beyond its borders And lose myself in its entirety, Enveloping myself in its embrace. And yet I stay. Not at one with the darkness Nor yet of the light which surrounds it. I walk the land of shadows, In between the worlds; Looking, always looking For the gap in the ether. Dancing through the shadows and fox-fire Am I; looking, always looking. There are benefits from each side - Each promises peace, and resolution. __ "Nothing happens in contradiction to nature; only in contradiction to what we know of it. So that's a place to start.
