"But One Heart"
An Ode to Geijon & Evialla
by Lady Ceolmhor Tiodhlac

Streaking across the velvet sky
Unseen by man below,
A brilliant star sliced through the night
And fell to earth below.

And as it fell, this fiery star
Did split into two parts.
While both of them were heaven's souls
They did share but one heart.

Twin souls divided as they fell
Though burning, burning bright,
Were wrenched apart, and crying could
Be heard throughout the night.

So wandering o'er hill and vale
These weeping souls did go.
One as woman, one as man,
From childhood both would grow.

Their hearts were heavy, full of loss
As these two made their way
They yearned to be whole once again,
And prayed so every day.
Lord Geijon Khyree & Lady Evialla Violetskye~Khyree, Indigo Valor by Nenwavriana Wraithshadow The young man found the woman first
And hid himself from her.
For though his heart and soul were torn
He needed to be sure.

For many years he watched her grow
Content to just be near.
Her heart spoke now of love to her,
She no longer felt fear.

'Twas underneath that velvet sky
The two of them drew close.
He brushed a tear from her soft cheek
And love enfolded both.

Though it was night, the sky lit up
With many falling stars.
Their hearts rejoiced and long they danced,
She never left his arms.

Twin souls united, now as one
And heaven lifts its voice -
Forever may they live in love
And long may they rejoice!
Never hesitating in her manipulation of the harpstrings, Ceolmhor's face is radiant as the flames leap ever higher, drawing your attention once more. The music seems to fade as your eyes are drawn to the image of a lovers' embrace within the flames. With a crackling and a sudden pop, the image vanishes, leaving in its wake a shower of slowly falling embers, reminding you of the falling stars and calling your attention back to the softly singing bardess.

Eyo there folks! My name is Geijon or as some of Evialla's close friend's know me, Demon Monk. I've keyed such phrases as None 4 U! I like peaches..heh..and cookies. I get lots of both from my Lovie! Our minstrels are playing for you our theme, "I Vow to Thee, My Country"

"We may not count her armies, we may not see her King;
Her fortress is a faithful heart, her pride is suffering;
soul by soul and silently her shining bounds increase,
her ways are ways of gentleness, and all her paths are peace."
