Broccal's Creations

Broccal's own clothes:

Broccal is wearing a tweed vest over a full-sleeved cotton shirt and twill pants. Light blue, dark gray, and red fibers create havoc up and down the vest, swirling before coalescing into a whirlpool effect in the middle of the vest's back. The sky blue sleeves which emerge from the vest flow towards his wrists where they are fastened by small gray slate buttons. The red embroidery at the wrists echoes the red belt of twisted sisal fibers which secures his twill pants. Broccal's dark gray pants are pleated at the pockets which are slanted for easy access to their contents. The pants taper at the ankles where his dusty brown work boots poke out.

For a certain Fort Greenrider:

Channie's Gather gown has an ankle-length full skirt of deep burgundy and a close-fitting bodice of lighter burgundy with gleaming golden embroidery at the neckline, sleeves, and hem. The gown's off-shoulder neckline is graced by the outline of several flying golden firelizards within a border of the same golden thread. The loose medium length sleeves end snugly just above her elbows in gracefully soft points which are accented by a satin stitch of gleaming gold. The bodice of light burgundy, the color of a sharp Benden red, ends in a "V" which begins at her hips. The full skirt of darker burgundy, reminiscent of an aged mellow Benden red, puffs softly upward from the "V" of the bodice to fall gently to her ankles. The folds of the skirt create a pleasing swirling effect as she moves. Smaller versions of the neckline's firelizards sedately stroll across the circumference of the hem. At the lower hem is a small patch declaring this gown to be the work of Sr. Apprentice Broccal.

Master Lily gets hers:

Lily has opted for a simple dress of brushed cotton today. This shift like snowy white dress flows in straight lines to mid-calf. The snug sleeves end just above the elbow, allowing for ample movement. The round neckline is bordered by a one-inch strip of black lace, softening the overall severity of the dress. Above the right breast is an embroidered diamond-shaped badge with a deep red background and an upraised Roman numeral II.

Lily looks breathtaking in her dark reddish-orange satin gown with the snugly-fitted terra cotta vest. Three red garnet buttons accent the brownish-orange of the linen vest. Silver embroidery accentuates the vest's hems, reminding you of stylized lilies of the valley. The high neckline of creamy stiffened lace rises majestically above the vest. Escaping gracefully from the confines of the vest, the sleeves puff slightly at the shoulder. Spilling downwards, they end in severe points above her wrists where a tiny tear-shaped pearl is stitched securely at the point. The shirred skirts adjust easily to Lily's movements. The skirt's pleats tumble softly towards Lily's ankles to end in a quarter-inch band of the same terra cotta color as the vest.

Belcary cuts a dashing figure today, all decked out in his new clothes. Beneath his ebony jacket is a shiny harper-blue vest, fastened all the way up with pewter buttons. Under that he has on a milky-white sisal shirt. His jet black slacks have a stripe of harper-blue down the sides and are made of the same fabric as the jacket. Tailored snugly, the slacks are tucked into his highly-polished knee-length raven black boots.
