A note about the description
I wrote this description for my own Opa character, probably in anticipation
of a Gather or Hatching event of some sort. I have no idea when it was
that I did this, but I certainly know that I was a Weaver at the time.
It's possible that this was during my journeyranker period (March 4-June
3, 1994) but I can't be sure.
The truly observant will have noticed that this is the dress Opa is
wearing in the
character sketch I drew of her.
The description
Opa is wearing a long dress of powder blue sisal. The sleeves, coming to
just above her elbows, are made up of several layers of intricately
tatted white lace. They frill out from her shoulders to float lightly
about her slim arms. The bodice clings to her youthful form, gently
outlining her waist. The drop waistline, like the scoop neck, is edged
with a string of seed pearls. The skirt flares out in soft folds, the
fabric rustling deliciously about her as she moves. Matching powder blue
slippers just manage to peek out from under the white lace flounce at the
bottom of the skirt.
