she requested that I 'alter' the outfit to accommodate her condition.

Basic Description
Elspethe is wearing her work clothes - a loose, short-sleeved shirt in
white cotton under a healer purple jumpsuit. The jumpsuit has a low,
square neckline and wide sleeves which fall down to the edge of her
shoulders. She has cinched it at her waist with a thin purple wherhide
belt, where it falls into a full skirt ending at about the middle of her
calves. Three deep pockets ring the front of the skirt for convenient
storage of healer implements, and the sleeves, neck, and hem are all
lined with twisting vine embroidery in white thread.
Early Pregnancy Description

for convenient storage of healer implements, and white twisting-vine
embroidery edges the sleeves, neck, and hem.
