Daar is clad in deep red Gather finery. His tunic is the rich hue of a sparkling ruby. Its high stiffened collar angles down to a point at the base of his throat. A red leather knife belt cinches the tunic at his waist before it falls to his hips. From the edges of his shoulders fall the sleeves of the light crimson shirt underneath. They are formed of several layers of fine sisal, each overlapping the next down to his wrists. The buttery smooth wherhide of his close-fitting trousers has been dyed a matching dusty red.
