In his earlier years, the Weapon Mage Onra used to keep track of his Vampire kills by cutting marks into an ancient tree outside his home. After a mere year of adventuring, the tree had been shredded to sawdust. Onra has sworn that one day his human brethren will once again walk through the night without fear. When his clansman Lanis, a Techno-Wizard, founded a TW company dedicated to eradicating this threat, Onra was the first to sign on.

 Onra is a True Atlantean hero that resides in pre-Rifts Arizona on the Northern Grand Canyon in a territory called Arzno. He is co-head of a mercenary organization there called the Arzno Mercenary Corps. It is his life goal to see the vampire threat eliminated from Earth. Funding for the group comes from Lanis' company, Arzno Weapons Manufacturing.
