That was completely blown out of proportion.  No such thing happened at
all.  If you'd read a reliable source, you would have known that my showing
was in front of the so-called "justice" deparment where some of the
alledged japanese organized crime leaders were being tried.  These "crime
bosses" had done nothing but help the communities of the people that the
government claimed they were oppressing.  What is wrong with expecting a
small profit for your investment into rebuilding earthquake ravaged towns?
The crowd outside that day saw nothing wrong with it, and saw fit to storm
the gates in proud defense of their benevolent sponsor.  They truly are an
honorable people, unlike we americans, who wallow in our mediocrity and
excuses.  Although I suffered from many injuries as a result (NONE
deliberate, I can assure you) I still applaud the people uprising and
taking this matter into their own hands.  THAT'S the story, Rosa, and if
you read anything different, you lent your ear to a fool and a liar.

I have absolutely no doubt that I have many people who are not my fans.
Two words for them:  "Go fuck off".  I'm busy creating, and not worrying
what morons who can't see their hand in front of their face, spiritually or
emotionally speaking, think about my art.  Although, I do think that with
more extensive exposure to my work, many more people *would* be able to see
the light, so to speak.

For your information, I rarely take cocaine, and I have a prescription for
what I do use.  Any rumor you heard was yet another attempt to slander my
character by those less successful or less talented.  There are many, mean
people who find themselves in that column, of which you, no doubt, fall
under.

A story which they fabricated completely from the account of my former
financial agent three days after he had been fired for embezelling those
same funds.  His story is that he did not take the money, it never arrived,
but I and my staff know otherwise.  He'll have his day in court as well.

heaped on persecution that I am barely able to carry on with my work.  But

Weren't these same "crime bosses" the ones that built these towns so
that they'd fall down the way they did. Now they'll rebuild them the

They simply did not have the technology available to them to build proper
homes after the US came in and occupied.  They did the best they could with
what they had to work with, and I'd say that they've done quite a job,
considering.

The *alledged* crime bosses *are* quite noble, and it shows in their taste
in art.  It's apparent that these are people of distinction and honor
whenever you meet one of them.  Just as it is apparent that you have
absoutely no class, and believe everything that you read.  Think again,

My maladies are my own business and protected under constitutional law.  I

physical decay, a state where we will truly all know God, and all realize

The ones I'm aquainted with have numerous works, of a wide variety.  And
yes, peices from my collections are quite popular with them.

I've never seen any Scott watercolors in their collection, however, I do
not rule out that they have some.

Thank you, Phillip.  I could not have expressed it better myself.

Spirtual growth is a dynamic and growing experience, and an open mind to
new philosophies is essential to that growth.  While I *do* have many
opinions and beliefs which may be considered radical and even dangerous by
some, I've recently began long discussions with the vicar who runs the
chapel here, and I see how the Holy Bible contains more truth than I
originally thought.  I, too, have had to change my mindset about many
things, and am reaping the benefits of new awakenings because of it.  Many
would do well to follow my example.

posts back.  Instead of Paul Revere, can I be the pumpkinhead guy in the

Sorry if my original post seemed a bit incoherent.  My only explanation is
that my health is not what it should be and is gradually on the downslide
of late.  Sometimes I ramble a bit.  But it was all meant metaphorically,
not literally, open to interpretation, so yes, your crusader can take any
manifestation you desire.  And you're right, the Headless Horseman would be
fun!

It's nice to find a friendly word here.  Apparently some people are only
here to abuse others.  I find that disheartening and objectionable.  Being
a truth-seeker by nature, I came to this group in search of enlightenment
and got a kick in the head.  Well, I can get as good as I give in that
department.  I have no patience for those that lay in wait, only to attack
the righteous.  The bible says that they'll entrapped in their own snares.
I only hope I'm there to see it.

Ok Dennis, I can live with that for now, I don't know your personal
situation and I have no desire to learn of it other than to understand
what you write about.

I have never seen your art so I can't comment on it and the opinions of
those in this newsgroup are always suspect, I have not had time to form
a real opinion of you from what you have written, I have time.  I can
say that you are not always coherent but you do know how to spell and
some of what you say does seem to have a certain, um, flow...  That is
more than I can say for some of those that post here.

I feel that I must tell you that I, for one, am a Christian and that if
you insist on using God as your justification then I will be forced to
question you on it, that being said, I would like to ask you if you have
a URL that has copies of your paintings so that I may see for myself
what all the controversy is about.

Time will tell Dennis, artists are a strange breed and they have their
place in life but reality also has it's place, I will not condemn on the
opinion of others, I must see for myself what you have done and I would
like to hear what you have to say.  Rose, whom you know as Ava Cairo, is
not the best judge of life and does not deserve to be a critic of it,
not that I am any better but I would like to see the facts for myself
before I form my own opinion.

There are many times when *I* desire to completely understand all that I
write and create.  Since childhood, I've been either blessed or cursed with
a 'second sight', if you will, that only now do I realize has been divinely
bestowed.  The flow  that you speak of is not neccessarily my own, my
fingers often feel propheticly led to type what I type or create what I do.
 While I will not recant, discount or deny my participation in the genesis
and execution of the great works that I conceive, I must give most credit
to a higher power.

Due to copyright infringements dating back to the birth of the internet, I
had to take down what few pictures I had of my work.  When my legal staff
is not defending me in my current situation, they are still pursuing those
who perloined my work from the internet, presumably to pass off as their
own.  While I wish I did have some talent for painting, it was not a gift
bestowed on me by God.  What I create are statues and what I call
'scenarios', something that I believe I am the first to uniquely construct.
 You may want to try using a search engine and look up my name to find
whatever unauthorized representations yet exist on the internet, although
most have been taken down under threat of litigation. Please email me if
you do find any, so I can either be compensated or bring the offender's
site down.

If you do not have an official site then I will not look for them.

Is your copyright so important that others cannot display your work in
the low resolution of the net?  If all that you have meant to show in
the paintings can be seen over the net I find it hard to believe that
there would be much to interest me.

All great paintings that I have ever seen had a depth that transended
the mere fact of the picture, there are shadings, tone and some quality
that does not show up in the scans that can be placed on the net...

Compensation comes in many forms, Dennis, I think that you should
consider appreciation as one, not all things are monitary in nature.
