Special Thanks to Tigra12 for her lessons in Somalian and Swahili *****************%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% You and the moon are a beautiful sight to me. The stars in your eyes make it really hard to see you. A night in the sun is all I really want. You and me with the best of both for once. Easy to Ignore by Sixpence None the Richer *****************%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% 1 week later Dr. Scully, a young man to see you." "Send him in will you Beth." Dana said into the intercom on her desk. "Go right in sir." Her secretary Beth said, opening Dana's door for him. "Hey Sunshine." Dana's head snapped up. "Fox hey, what are you dong here?" "Coming to see the most beautiful woman in the world." He said throwing her his most love struck look, while handing her a bouquet of roses. Beth gave her a thumbs up as she closed the door. Oh great, everyone in the surrounding counties will know about this is an hour, Dana thought. Beth was a good secretary, but she was an even better gossiper. "Fox, I . . . I'm really busy right now." "That's fine." He said sitting in a chair across from her desk and watching her a moment. She looked at him curiously. "What are you doing?" "Taking up old pastimes. I missed seeing you everyday. I was so miserable when you left, like a part of me was ripped out." "Fox . . ." "You free for lunch?" "No, I'm working through lunch. I was leaving early." "Even better." "I was leaving early to come down and see you." "I just beat you to the punch, huh?" "Fox . . ." "You haven't had many of your beaus drop by to visit you at work?" Where did that question come from? She thought, if I didn't know any better I think he sounded a little jealous. She smiled secretly to herself as she responded "Well I have, but none of them were dressed in obviously tailor made clothes and 700 dollar shoes." "600, I got them on sale." Dana laughed "Come with me now." Fox insisted, leaning towards her more. "I have 3 more charts, you can wait." He smiled and placed a long rectangular box in front of her. She looked at it quizzically and opened it to reveal a diamond and sapphire bracelet. "Fox! Oh wow this is beautiful, thank you. This is too much." "Nothing is too much for you. You deserve the best money can buy and I plan to give it to you." Dana blushed, smiling at him "Put it on for me." He did, quickly stealing a kiss on the lips. "Ok you can stay, but don't distract me too much." "Ok." His cellphone rang and he answered it quickly. "Mulder. See, I told you they were starting a buying rush. Look, see if you can get me some Roche, Dow, and Pfizer stock, just 100 shares, see what they do. Later." He said hanging up, finding amused blue eyes on him "How much do you have in the stock market?" "Just a little. Stock markets are too unstable. Property, CDs, bonds, and foreign banks are the way to go." Dana smiled and started on another chart, when Beth came in with more charts Dana's house "Nice place." Fox said looking around her house. "Yeah right, this place is probably the size of one of your bathrooms." "Well . . ." Fox said, smiling at her when she turned staring at him in amazement. "Don't play with me Fox. I don't need a big place, just me and Kaja." "Kaja?" "My baby. Kaja!" She called, as a large German shepherd came running from the kitchen. She eyed Fox suspiciously, then wagged her tail. "Kaja, this Fox Mulder my . . ." Fox smiled down at her. "Your what?" "Yeah, what are you?" "Boyfriend? Lover?" "Lover, I like that. Significant other is more P.C. though. Kaja this is your Daddy." Fox beamed with pride "Hey Kaja." The dog jumped up and licked him "Kaja get down. Come on, I need to pack." "We aren't going to stay in town for a few days then go to New York?" "You have all the time in the world. However we with 'real' jobs have only four days." "Man, I never want a 'real' job." Dana laughed and headed upstairs. 5 p.m. "Danes! Hey Danes!, Hey Kaja your mom upstairs?" Her best friend Nick said running up the stairs "Hey Danes, you gotta tell me. Beth said . . oh!" Nick said when she saw them on the floor making love. Nick closed the door and walked back down the stairs blushing "Who IS that guy Kaja?" 30 minutes later "Fox Stop! I'll never finished packing." "I love you." "When we get to your place, go walk Kaja or something." Fox came down stairs, in only his pants, ruffling his hair as he grabbed Kaja's leash. "Kaja come here honey." "Stop sweet talking my dog!" Dana yelled from upstairs. "She's going to love New York, I'll take her to Central Park. Where's her stuff?" "Third cabinet to the right." "No, your other right." Nick said, Fox jumped "Jeez, hello, you scared me to death. How are you?" he said nonchalantly turning to Nick. "Fine, WHO are you?" "Fox William Mulder. Who are you?" "Nickole Buchanan, people call me Nick. I'm Dana's best friend" She said as she appraised the man before her, handsome bastard. "So, who are you to Dana?" "Her . . . lets see how she put it. Lover, significant other in P.C. terms" "That sounds like her. I've never seen you before, are you new in town?" "Maybe, actually I live in New York." "I assumed as much, you definitely have a New York accent. How long have you two . . ." "Awhile." "Oh, she's been holding out on me." Fox laughed "I better go walk the dog before I get her into anymore trouble. Nice meeting you Nick." Nick watched him walk out the door, admiring the view, then ran up to talk with Dana. "Danes! How dare you not tell me you had a good-looking thing like that hanging around?! Jeez, I wouldn't have tried to hook you and Austin up!" "Hey Nick. How long have you been here?" Dana said closing up her last suitcase. "Long enough to know he has a great butt in and out of pants." Dana blushed "He looks like he has money." "He does. He's a billionaire, just sits on Wall street all day and watches his money make more money." "Wow how long have you been holding out on me girl?!" "Long story, but I met him one summer back when I was like 15. First love, first kiss, first everything. I told him we'd meet again and when we did, we could pick up then. When I went to that finance conference, guess who was the main speaker." "I gotcha, so cool." "Yeah I'm going up to New York with him this week. I'll be back Saturday, I'm doing the evening shift at the hospital." "See you then, email me like crazy!" New York "Like it?" "Yes, Oh wow, I love your bathroom!" Fox burst out laughing. "What? I do!" The moonlight shined through the stained glass windows, illuminating the freestanding, high back, claw-footed porcelain tub. "You have a Jacuzzi too?! What do you think of daddies place Kaja baby?" Dana asked as she and Kaja flitted around the loft. "Make yourself at home. I need to check on a few things." Dana unpacked and got comfortable. Thirty minutes later she went into Fox's office looking for him. He was hunched over his desk, chewing his bottom lip slightly. She massaged his shoulders lightly, kissing him on the neck. "Hey baby." He growled, kissing her hands, "I'm almost finished." "What's that?" she asked, pointing to something on the computer screen. "Those are my holdings that I have in stable foreign banks." "How much ARE you worth Mulder?" "All put together? About 4 billion dollars." "How?" "Well my father . . my father passed away." "I'm sorry." "We weren't close, but he left me his entire estate and holdings, which was worth about 10 million dollars. I sold and invested some of the property and the assets, made some great investments and started from there." "Sounds stressful." "It was when I first started. I never knew much about this kind of stuff, I mean I was going to Oxford for a doctorate in psychology, not finance." "Psychology?" "Yeah I wanted to either teach abnormal psychology or be a behavioral profiler for the FBI. This opportunity just presented itself out of the blue, but the more I learned about my options, the more I liked it. And now that my future is stable, I don't really have much to worry about." "Stable?" "I have most of my holdings in stable foreign banks, other stable commodities and property. The stuff I have in the stock market is for fun." Dana smiled. Boy he's changed a lot since I first met him. From the unsure, gifted lanky boy to a confident, brilliant handsome man. He probably has women beating down the door! "Definitely not lonely." "Actually, I was very lonely. Any one I let near me wanted me for my money. I wanted some one who would have me for me, not cause of what I could get them or the prestige. That's why I've kind of stayed out of the limelight." "So what are you now? Retired?" Dana teased "And enjoying my retirement as much as solitary man can." "Don't know that I will but until I can find me." Dana sang softly to him. He pulled her into his lap "A girl who will stay and won't play games behind me, I'll be want I am a solitary man." Fox sang back. "Not anymore." She said, claiming his lips with hers. Next day "He's not answering his cell or his pager, something's wrong." His assistant Shane Kelly said as he got into the car. "Maybe he's out for a jog." His other assistant Mais Cooper said, starting the car. "With out his cell phone? Never! Something's wrong." "Well, use the intercom, he's probably asleep." Shane switched to the intercom on the car phone, placed it on speakerphone and dialed Fox's number. A loud groan came through the phone. They both looked at each other, then the phone again. A loud slap, and a groan came through again, followed by scooting furniture. "He's rearranging his place?" Shane asked Mais then said into the phone. "Mulder? Mulder come in this is Shane." "Oh God!" "Well you've been avoiding us all day what's up? You expected us not to call you at home?" "MMMM YES!" "Um Shane, I . . ." Mais started, as she realized what was going on. "No he can't just ditch us like this Mais. Mulder, Pfizer shares went through the roof this morning. We need to know what to do next?" "More!" "Buy more?" Mais turned crimson "God Shane! Has it been that long that you don't know what's going on?" "What? What's going on?" "Harder, Oh god I love you Dana, god I love you!" came loudly through the phone and Shane paled "Oh god he's having sex!" "Duh! Hang up you moron." Shane hung up quickly, and turned beet red as Mais turned down Fox's street. "Think they're finished?" Shane asked as he got ready to knock. "Only one way to find out." Mais said knocking loudly. A few minutes later, Fox appeared in only a pair of black satin pajama bottoms "Hey you two what's up?" "What's up? Pfizer! We've been trying to get in contact with you all day." Shane said rushing into the apartment. "Really?" "Yes!" "I was busy sorry. So how far up is Pfizer?" "1000 points from yesterday. Mais thinks we should hold back, but I think you should buy more." Shane pulled out stock ledgers and other things trying to prove his point. Fox's eyes caught Dana emerging from the bedroom and smiled. He motioned for her to come to him and she came slowly. Mais noticed he was distracted and looked at what distracted him. A petite red head with glowing sapphire eyes came over to him and he pulled her into a passionate kiss. She had worked for him for 3 years and had never once seen him with a woman, or a man for that matter. His hand wandered to the red head's shapely waist as he pulled away from her lips, his fingers caressing her side, along her thigh. "Hey baby, this will only take a few minutes, I've made reservations for us at Stone Parlor for dinner. Look in the closet, I have something I want you to wear tonight in there." "What?" "You'll see it, the white bag." He pulled her to his lips and kissed her again before letting her go, watching her leave with a smile. He turned back to Mais and Shane, who was still explaining his theory oblivious. He locked eyes with Mais, blushing slightly when she smiled at him knowingly. "So what do you think Boss? Buy more?" Shane asked "No, give them 10 days, if there still up then buy 100 more shares." "Just 100?" "I'm not going to get greedy." Shane sighed and packed up his charts. "Your new to my team Shane, but you got to remember Rule #1, I already have more money than I'll ever need tied up in stable commodities. Rule # 2, Never ever make your life stressful. Rule #3, You make your life stressful by investing too much money in stocks." "Yes sir. Mulder?" "Yeah?" "Who is she? Your girlfriend I mean." "Rule #4, never ever get into my personal life." Shane sighed "Well at least not till you've been on board for at least two years." Fox smiled at Mais "Is that all?" "Yeah, you coming to the market this week?" "No, I'm on vacation. Bye you two." "Vacation?!" Shane said to Mais as they walked out of the door. "You see how he dodged that question about his girlfriend?" "He's a press avoiding wizard, Shane. Come on, market's open for 2 more hours." "Fox it's gorgeous." Dana said looking at herself in Fox's surprise, a beautiful flowing red dress. "You like it? It fits you perfectly, I love it. Now for the finishing touch." He said draping a diamond necklace around her neck. "Oh Fox this is . . ." "Perfect, I love you Dana." "I love you too Fox. Do you have to return this? You know like at movie premieres and awards shows, I can wear it for a night, but I have to give it back?" "What the necklace? No, that's all yours." He kissed her gently on the lips when she turned to face him. She smoothed his tux, caressing the expensive material. "Are all your clothes tailor made?" "Yep, the only way to get a flawless fit. I'm taking you to my tailor tomorrow so he can make you some. You'll see what I mean, once you get a tailor made suit, you never go back." Dana laughed as they headed out the door. Stone parlor "Seating for Mulder." "Ah yes Mr. Mulder, and madam hello. Right this way sir." The maitre'd leaned in and whispered to Mulder, "Do you need anything special for the lady?" "Well she loves Mozart." Fox whispered back, motioning with his eyes towards the violin player. "Yes sir, I'll have him come over." The maitre'd said, pulling out Dana's chair for her "Your waiter will be with you shortly. A wine to start?" "A dry wine." "Yes sir." "Everyone treats you with such respect." Dana said in awe when the maitre'd left. "Yeah one of the hardest things for me to get used to." Across the room, a man watched there entrance with interest. "Was that Fox Mulder who just came in with that stunning red head?" He asked the maitre'd as he walked by "Yes sir Mr. Davis." "Well Fox Mulder finally comes out of the shadows to reveal his weakness." "What are you thinking Van?" his companion said "Mark, for years I've been trying to find something on Fox Mulder. He' s the most reclusive, press avoiding Billionaire I've ever seen. I mean no one knows he exists!" "So? What's the big deal?" "He's just so young, doesn't that make you wonder? I mean right out of college, and not for finance mind you, psychology of all things. Right out of college, takes Wall Street by storm, amasses Billions in a short time and then vanishes. Only to reappear a few years later with a stunning beauty at his side." "And?" "Well lets have some fun with him. I need something to boost my column sales." "I don't know Van." "Trust me." Van said, smiling when he saw Mulder kiss Dana's hand gently. Next morning "I like how you look red." Fox said as he and his tailor Peter matched colors against Dana. "As long as you don't put me in pink or bright orange I'm fine." Dana said feeling the material "This is silk Fox" "Yeah best for suits, feels great, nice and flowing." She was about to protest but stopped. It's not like he CAN'T afford it. It's not like I CAN'T afford dry cleaning. "Shoes, you need shoes." "Where do you get yours?" "Down the street" She smiled at him as she looked at him reflected back at her from the mirror. Even his shorts look tailor made, his shirt definitely is. Dark blue, clinging to him in all the right places, the color making his liquid hazel eyes look a dark gray today. His sandals look like Italian leather, his hands are always so soft, and well manicured. The best of everything for him. What about me? Am I good enough for him? "You are so beautiful Dana. I love everything about you." He whispered in her ear as he came up behind her, kissing her neck lovingly. 'You deserve the best money can buy, and I plan to give it to you' I guess I am, she thought as she smiled back at him "These are perfect Peter, can you have them done by Friday?" "Not all of them sir." "Well just let me know, put it on my usual tab." "Yes Mr. Mulder. Nice working with you Dr. Scully." Outside Fox pulled Dana into a passionate embrace, before heading towards the shoe store. "Safe bet she's not his sister." Van muttered to himself as he followed them at a safe distance. 4 p.m. "The pound? What are they doing here?" Van thought as he followed them inside. He called Mark quickly. "Do you have his loft wired for sound and visuals?" "Yep, you know for a billionaire he didn't have much of a security system." "Great, get ready for tonight." Van hung up and lingered behind them. "Dana?" "You'll see, I came up with Kaja to check them out. I didn't want you lonely when I'm not in town. Right there, what do you think?" "It's a pitbull Dana." He said flatly "A Grey and White American pit bull terrier" Dana corrected, "She's the sweetest, go ahead." Fox bent down and locked eyes with the dog. Hazel eyes met Hazel eyes and he smiled when the dog wagged her tail. "Ok." "Great, we'll take this one." Dana said to the attendant. "She better not have fleas." Loft "Come on into the tub. What are you going to name her?" "I don't know yet." Fox said picking up the big dog and placing her in the tub. He lathered her up with flea soap and cringed when he saw the fleas dropping off of her in the hundreds. "Jeez! Fleabag!" "No, something cute." Dana said, rubbing his back lightly as he scrubbed at the dog. "Grey." "I said cute." "Well I don't know, Precious?" Fox asked rinsing her off and getting ready to lift her out of the tub, when she jumped out, knocking him down, standing on his chest and shaking off, drenching him before running off. "Nakila!" "Huh?" "Nakila, Swahili for Mischief maker." Dana laughed and started to dry off his face when he took the towel from her, placing it behind her head as he captured her lips with his. His tongue invaded her mouth, tasting as much of her as possible as his hands traced trails of seduction on her body. He moved to kiss her neck, groaning slightly when her leg brushed past his already hard erection. She ruffled his hair encouraging him to continue his seduction. He paused his kisses to take off his shirt, she did the same. He smiled when he saw she was bra-less and he caressed her breasts, taking a nipple into his mouth, teasing it with his tongue. "I love you, I love you." She murmured into his hair as he started to rub against her. They undid each other's pants slowly, kicking them off. Fox ravaged her mouth as he eased her panties off her. He kissed his way down her body and teased her throbbing sex by blowing on it gently, while teasing her thighs with his fingertips. "Fox, what . . ." "Shh I have to know how you taste." He said as his head disappeared between her legs. His tongue pushed between her folds as she jumped. Oh god that's good. She thought as his tongue explored her inner most parts as his teeth found her throbbing clit and grabbed hold. Dana let loose a guttural moan. He sucked it briefly, then started teasing her with his tongue till she was gripping his hair by the handfuls pushing him in more. He inserted a finger tentatively and quickly drove her over the edge as she cried out to a forgotten god as she came hard. He pulled away and captured her lips again. She tasted herself in his mouth and gripped his firm butt in her hands, guiding him where he wanted to be. "You taste so good. I love the way you taste." He said, raping her mouth with his tongue as he entered her quickly. He thrust into her slowly "Are you comfortable?" he asked as she squirmed slightly under him. She shook her head no and he sat up pulling her to him, she wrapped her legs around his waist and held onto him tightly as he started pumping into her faster, and harder. He groaned loudly and placed a steadying hand on the bathroom door supporting himself as he stood up. They found release quickly and Fox stood her up gently, then collapsed in a heap at her feet. Dana laughed hard. "Get up you." She teased "I don't think I'll be able to move for a week." "You'll move if you want dinner tonight." "Dinner?" Fox said standing quickly, putting on his boxers and placing his arms around her, hugging her tightly as she turned in his arms. She tried to move towards the kitchen, but he stopped suddenly, unbuttoned his boxers and entered her quickly from behind. "Fox!" he grunted in response and Dana laughed as he sank to his knees. He rutted into her fast and hard, sucking on her neck, his hands seducing her, clutching at her hair till he came long and hard. "Oh man!" He said breathlessly as he pulled out and hugged her to him, raining soft kisses as her neck, shoulders and cheeks. "I hope you got all that Mark." Van said, breathless, embarrassingly aroused. "Oh yeah, I got that, Man!" "Oh wait, what's happening now?" Van said watching as Dana dressed quickly and went out on the balcony. Fox rebuttoned his boxers and followed. "What's wrong?" He asked her softly "Nothing, I wish I had given you my address when I left that summer." "Why?" "You haven't been with anyone since then, have you?" He blushed slightly, kissing her neck gently. "No I haven't. I didn't want anyone other than you." "How did you know?" "I just did." "Was I your first?" "No, but you're my last. I'm never going to give you up." He nuzzled her neck gently, wrapping his arms around her tightly. "Come on, I'm hungry." "Again?" Dana asked amused "For food. I'm starved." They walked back inside and Van smiled smugly "I got you now Fox Mulder."
