This story came about After watching Folie A duex and The Sixth Extinction. I decided that Mulder aka DD played a great crazy aka Psychotic person. I also had been wanting to do a story about some one dealing with a severe mental illness. Plus Scully's little thing at the beginning of The Sixth Extinction had given me the perfect title.
