This to me is a quite symbolic picture. I live Near Three Mile Island, That is the power plant in the backround. Not only that but my dad is director of personel of the 193SOW. The 193SOW is the only wing that operates the EC-130. At this time there are only 4 of these very sercret aircraft. But I've heard 2 more are planned. Not much is know as to what their capabilities are. I know for a fact they are what's called phychological warfare aircraft. They broadcast meassages to enemy telling what were are planning to do. That's about all that anyone knows about these aircraft. By the way... Lets Be sure that congradulate the 193SOW in their record hours of safe flight.
