The website was created because one big, main reason: There is a serious lack in Batman-related fanfiction. Maybe not even a lack. It's just that there definitely be more of it out there. Same as the fan art. Batman has pretty much been a cultural icon for over 60 years. You'd think that there would be a heck of a lot more fan involvement! The site is also to inspire other Batman fans to express themselves and the love for the fandom through art and writing.

It's also not just fanfiction, as well. If you are ever interested in writing your own Batman:The Animated Series or Batman Beyond episode, feel free to send it my way. It'l be posted! Same thing if you want to re-write one to your liking.

If you're a fan of the movies, animated series (Justice League, Batman:TAS/The New Batman Adventures, Batman Beyond) comics, graphic novels and need something *more* to read, this is just one of those places. But if there is something that you want to see more of, be sure to e-mail me here and I'll reply as soon as inhumanly possible.

It's not for profit *at all*. When people put their stories up on the website, they're not being paid to do this. It's all for our own twisted little entertainment purposes. Heh. Hope you enjoy it!
