The Place of Birth of the Horoscope for a native is considered to be the Latitude and Longitude of of the Place of Birth. For Famous Cities it is generally available from Atlas. If the Birth Place is not renowned than at least the nearest renowned Township/City along with the distance of it from the Place of Birth is noted. From it the approximate Latitude / Longitude is derived.
