Well while watching tv the other night with the scanner by my side, did some "search'' scanning between frequency ranges.... Here's some results: 168.525 Northampton VA Hospital Security 452.725 (PL 100.0) Peter Pan Bus Operations 453.0625 Remote Transmitter Link -- W. Springfield PD? 460.1375 Remote Transmitter Link _ W. Springfield PD? 461.075 (PL 100) Private Security Forces 463.10 (didn't get PL) used as coordination freq by AMR & BHS ambulance svcs. 463.8125 (no PL), low power freq -- spanish language, my guess is some folks purchased a pair of those Motorola Sprirt Radio w/t's 1or2watt. 464.90 Hotel operations in Springfield, security, housekeeping, maintenance. 954.05 Remote Transmitter Link for Chicopee PD 957.85   Remote Transmitter Link for Chicopee PD?

Also some other items of interest: 154.28 (PL82.5) Fire INtercity.. Chicopee Control runs a test at 9:30 a.m. & called Ludlow, E.Longmeadow, S.Hadley, Souhwick, Springfield, Westfield, W. Springfield, Wilbraham, Longmeadow, Bradley Field, Holyoke, Palmer, Westover ARB --- didn't seem to get too many responses.

451.05 Chicopee Electric Light, pretty much meter readers/installers on this freq. 451.15 continues to be main ops freq (e.g. when the power goes out).

The UHF link is 453.4125 MHz (PL 82.5) [for 154.28] and the old 451.700 MHz frequency was no goo since the move to the Ludlow Fire Tower. All traffic on 154.280 MHZ and well as the UHF side is repeated. Control stations on UHF are located in Chicopee, West Springfield, Monson, and Palmer at this time. (Monson I installed yesterday). Plans are in the works for additional control stations at Northampton and New Brintree Dispatch centers. Monson Fire will be going up to VHF very soon, as soon as the coordinator clears the frequency. This will be similar to the cross link that is in Holland between 154.010 and 33.460 MHZ. Palmer Fire received their repeater frequencies of 159.345/151.160 MHZ which will be located at the SNET tower on Hovey Hill. October 2000
