ACT OF THE SECRETARY - RESOLUTION SEDEC Nº 200, OF 16 OF FEBRUARY OF 2000.
It reorganizes the Commands of Area of Bombeiro-Militar (CBA) of the Military Body of Firemen of the State of Rio De Janeiro, in the scope of the State of Rio De Janeiro and gives others you provide.

Considering that it is line of direction of the Government of the State of Rio De Janeiro to improve the attendance of all the state agencies, in all the regions of the State of Rio De Janeiro, inside of capital " and interior the principle together and strong ";
Considering that the best strategical job of the Military Body of Firemen of the State of Rio De Janeiro implies in a new thread of the Commands of Area of Bombeiro-Militar (CBA), next the susceptible e regions localities the risks, being distinguished the cities it interior, that in the last years he has been reached for events that demand great mobilization of the CBMERJ / PROHIBITED CIVILIAN;
Considering that all the Operational Units of the inward possess only one Intermediate Command extremely, becoming difficult the Command, the coordination the fiscalization and the bracket its activities, mainly in the case of the occurrence of adverse facts of considerable magnitude, as it comes occurring in the periods of great rains of the summer;
Considering that in the recent calamitous events of January they had been constituted, for this Secretary of State and Operational Comandante-Geral, Commands Special to act in the diverse areas of the inward, with effectiveness proven for the gotten results, in function of the effective presence of the State to the side of the Municipal City halls; e
Considering that such practical experience in the sample that must have a permanent structure in the diverse Regions of the State, working mainly in the preventive phase of the actions of civil defense with sights the reduction of disasters:
IT DECIDES:
Art. 1º - To reorganize the Commands of Area of Bombeiro Militar (CBA) , of the Military Body of Firemen of the State of Rio De Janeiro, who start to have the following distribution, area of performance and Headquarters:
CBA I - REGION METROPOLITAN
HEADQUARTERS: City of New Iguaçu
CITIES: Purple Belford, Duque de Caxias, Guapimirim, Itaborai, Itaguai, Japeri, Magé, Maricá, Mosque, Miguel Pereira, Nilópolis, Niterói, New Iguaçu, Paracambi, Burnt, Rio De Janeiro, Are Gonçalo, Are João de Meriti, Seropédica and Tanguá.
CBA II - REGION SERRANA
HEADQUARTERS: City of Petrópolis
CITIES: Areal, Good Garden, Waterfalls of Macacu, Cantagalo, Carmo, Comendador Levy Gasparian, Lamb, Two Bars, Macuco, New Friburgo, Paraíba of the South, Petrópolis, River of the Flowers, Is Jose of the Valley of the Black River, Is Sebastião of the High one, Saint Maria Madalena, Sapucaia, Sumidouro, Teresópolis, Trajano de Moraes and Three Rivers.
CBA III - REGION NORTH
HEADQUARTERS: City De Campos of the Goytacazes
CITIES: Aperibé, Good Jesus de Itabapoana, Cambuci, Fields of the Goytacazes, Cardoso Moreira, Italva, Itaocara. CBA V - REGION SOUTH
HEADQUARTERS: City of Tame Bar
CITIES: Cove Dos Reis, Bar of the Pirai, Tame Bar, Engineer Pablo de Frontin, Itatiaia, Mangaratiba, Mendes, Parati, Paty of the 2 second lieutenant, Pine tree plantation, Pirai, Real Port, Quatis, Resende, River Clearly, Valença, Brooms and Round Rollback.
Art. 2º - the Commands of Area of an Inward (CBAI), Baixada (BCAcBaix) and Atividades Especializadas Are extinct (BCUncEsp), whose positions are transferred to take care of the instituted organization however;
Art. 3º - the coordination and the job of the Specialized Units start to be attributions of the Vice commander - General of the Military Body of Firemen of the State of Rio De Janeiro;
Art. 4º - the Commanders of Areas of Bombeiro-Militar (CBA) however created will be also the Regional Coordinators of Defesa Civil (REDEC/SEDEC), in its respective operational areas;
Art. 5º - This Resolution will enter in vigor in the date of its publication, revoked the disposals in the opposite.
