Third Eye Blind starting to gel

Although it is still untitled, the forthcoming Third Eye Blind album is scheduled for release in November. The band is just finishing up recording it and guitarist Kevin Cadogan said that the band has evolved since recording its self-titled debut album. "Touring has really helped us gel a lot and I think it's allowed us to sit in a room and completely lock with each other. On the first record we recorded more conventionally I think just because we didn't have the confidence we do now." The last Third Eye Blind song to surface was for the "American Pie" soundtrack where the band contributed a fresh song, "New Girl."
