Third Eye Blind feel a laid-back, groovy atmosphere would best accompany their live sets on the upcoming "Red Summer Sun" tour. 3EB frontman Stephen Jenkins told MTV News that summer tours just sort of gravitate toward a "Bacchanalian, hippie-dippy kind of vibe" and he hopes a similar feel resonates throughout their summer long tour. 3EB hit the road with opening act Vertical Horizon on July 7 at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul, Minn.
