Third Eye Blind will join Metallica, Stone Temple Pilots, Kid Rock, the Barenaked Ladies and the Wallflowers for the Hard Rock Cafe's Rock Fest in Chicago on July 21, at the Chicago Motor Speedway in Cicero, Ill. The digital music weary Metallica will headline the event. Tickets will most likely go on-sale the first Saturday in June.
