Pancho and Lefty's was established in 1989 here in St. George, Utah. We offer made from scratch mexican food and a full service bar. Some of our popular items are Chimichangas, Chile verde burritos, shrimp enchiladas, fajitas, and the texas salad. We also have the best chips and salsa in town.
